A monumental Beaux-Arts rotunda and colonnade built for the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition, set beside a lagoon with swans and weeping willows. The dome reflects in the still water at dawn, and the colonnade's columns create deep repeating frames. It remains one of the most photographed structures in the city.
